Chili-Cheese Onion Ring Nachos


  • 1 13.5-oz bag frozen onion rings
  • 1 14-oz can low-sodium chili
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup pickled sliced jalapeños
  • 2 Tbsp thinly sliced red onion


  • Bake onion rings according to package directions. Arrange in a pile in a skillet and top with chili and cheese. Broil until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Top with pickled jalapeños and red onion.
