Bourbon BBQ Sirloin with Peppers and Onions

  • 2 Tbsp oil divided
  • 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak
  • 2 medium red and/or yellow bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 8 Tbsp Hellman's or Best Foods Bourbon BBQ Sauce divided


  • HEAT 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak, if desired, with salt and pepper and cook to desired doneness. Set aside and keep warm.
  • HEAT remaining oil in same skillet over medium heat and cook peppers and onions until tender crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir in 6 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Bourbon BBQ Sauce and garlic. Reduce heat and cook, covered, until tender, about 15 minutes.
  • SLICE steak and top with pepper and onion mixture. Drizzle with remaining Sauce.
