Onion Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Water or Orange Juice
- 4 cups Flour
- 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Soda
- 3 Chopped Onions (160 g)
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Salt (Optional)
Instructions
- Cut onions very thin.
- Mix all other ingredients. Roll out ver thin on floured board.
- Cut into rounds or squares then, bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
